Relaxing, Energising and Exhilarating

Grounding yourself and opening the energy centres:

  • Sit comfortably, with your back straight, either on a chair or crossed legged on the floor. Close your eyes, breathe slowly and deeply, counting backwards from 10 to 1, until you feel deeply relaxed.
  • Imagine a long cord attached to the base of your spine and extending down through the floor and way down into the earth.
